OUR TEAM

Meet our Team + Teachers!

At Lingo Liberation, everything we do is run by volunteers, both our teaching team and our central team that keeps things organised behind the scenes. We donate our time and skills to make our programs possible.

Our volunteers come from many different countries and backgrounds. Some of us work directly with learners, others focus on coordination, outreach, social media, or support. Whether someone is teaching or helping build the structure that supports the classes, everyone plays a real role in how our project functions.

We are a team of volunteers who care about education access, learning, and community.

Diego

Hello!!! I'm Diego from Colombia. I really like languages and I always try to communicate in them, even if I don't speak them perfectly. I've been in Europe for 5 years and I've learned French, Italian, Portuguese, and a bit of Arabic. I've also taught basic French and English to refugees during their time in Calais.

My name is Sami, and I’ll be your French teacher. I’m delighted to guide you in learning this beautiful language!

A bit about me: I’m originally from Algeria, so French is a language I’ve spoken since I was born. I use it daily with my family, friends, and even in the media I consume—music, news, social media—everything is in French!
I have a degree in International Business Management with a focus on professional French, and during my studies, I taught French for four years at a language café. I’ve also helped high school friends learn French and prepared lessons for their exams. My goal is to make French come alive—useful, fun, and engaging for you. We’ll speak, sing, debate, and even laugh in French! 🎶🗞️

So, are you ready to dive into the language of Molière with me? Let’s begin this adventure together! 💬✨
See you very soon in class!
